Is 2 minutes really long enough to be considered a full workout? How effective is this fitness challenge for those who are looking to build strength?
I’ve claimed the a local park as my domain for outdoor fitness workouts. I love getting outdoors, even when its raining. Couple this with working out and I’m all for it. Nothing really tells us that 2 minutes is long enough to be considered a workout, although the idea behind this challenge was to work up to be able to perform nonstop pull-ups for a full 2 minutes. Eventually I will get there, I have no doubt about it. I invite you to take this challenge with me.
