Perhaps the biggest fitness craze and will continue to be for awhile. Has training ever been this convenient? Here is why we gave bodyweight training a 5 star rating:


Time plays a major role on effecting whether or not someone will decide to exercise. With bodyweight training there are no excuses. This can be done as soon as you wake up, before you go to sleep and everything and in between. Long drawn out workouts are not typical with bodyweight training, no equipment needed, just motivation and determination.


Okay, this probably why this has been the biggest fitness craze for the past few years. Bodyweight training doesn’t require any money whatsoever. If you want to spend a little extra money on a few accessories like a pull-up bar, agility ladders, etc, that’s the only out of pocket cost you’ll sacrifice. 


There are no limits with bodyweight training; however, you should be smart when choosing when and where you exercise. For the life of me I can figure out why I have seen videos of people scaling buildings and skyscrapers only to get to the top and do a few pull-ups on the tower or construction beam. Maybe the thrill of it is fun? Not sure… Although, I find that just being able to workout anywhere and whenever possible is fun enough for me and millions of other people as well. Get creative and get moving.
